Over 600 people got involved in the launch event on Saturday, 15th June, where we launched the summer Dinky Doctors sessions with a special “first aid” themed flash mob from Wildcat Cardiac Responders followed by first aid demonstrations, a CPR Challenge, face-painting from Kidsize and a special visit the Original 106 team.
During the 4 weeks of sessions, 240 children between the ages of 3 and 12 years old were trained as Dinky Doctors; £2,000 was donated between 2 charities – VSA and Me Too! and 100% of participants enjoyed the session and would recommend it to someone else!
