Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to plan their visit to Trinity with confidence. Here’s what you need to know.
Blue Badge & disabled parking
8 Blue Badge bays across the car park, split over two levels — Level 2 and Level 3.
Separate from Blue Badge parking, there are 5 family bays on Level 2 for parents travelling with children.
We don’t currently offer free or reduced parking for Blue Badge holders, but we’re always looking at ways to improve our service and are working with our parking provider to explore discounts.
Lifts
There are 3 lifts in total. The lifts giving direct access to the car park are located to the right of Toytown and Flying Tiger, opposite Trespass. All levels of the centre are lift-accessible, and every lift offers flat, wheelchair-friendly access.
Toilets & changing facilities
Public toilets, accessible toilets and baby changing facilities are all on Level 2, adjacent to the public lifts. We don’t currently have a Changing Places facility (a fully accessible WC with hoist and adult-sized changing bench).
Step-free routes
Trinity offers level access from both of our main entrances — Union Street and Bridge Street — right through the centre.
Getting help
Our reception and customer service point is on Level 2. If you need any assistance while you’re here, a member of the team will be happy to help.
We also offer free buggy hire while you shop — hand in your parking ticket at reception and collect it when you leave.
